国际UBE协会（ISUBE）成员会暨换届选举会议顺利召开
The ISUBE Communication Meeting Successfully Concludes
12月5日，国际UBE协会（ISUBE）成员会暨换届选举会议在武汉顺利召开，来自全球 40多位专家通过线上线下相互结合的方式参加了此次会议。
On December 5, the International Society of Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy (ISUBE) Communication Meeting was successfully held in Wuhan, with over 40 experts participating in person and more than 20 experts attending virtually.
会议伊始，Dr.Sang Kyu Son作为ISUBE首届协会主席和终身荣誉主席发表致辞：“ISUBE自成立以来，一直致力于UBE技术在全球的推广和研究，为全世界医疗人士提供开放专业的学习与交流平台。正是有了各位成员的共同努力，ISUBE才能不断前行，取得今天的成就。”
The meeting commenced with an opening speech by Dr. Sang Kyu Son, the founding president and honorary lifetime chair of ISUBE. He stated, “Since its inception, ISUBE has been dedicated to promoting and advancing UBE technology globally, providing an open and professional platform for medical professionals worldwide to learn and exchange ideas. It is through the collective efforts of all members that ISUBE has achieved its current accomplishments and continues to progress.”
此次会议，也是ISUBE换届会议。
新任ISUBE主席、杭州市中医院脊柱微创中心副主任张伟教授从Dr.Sang Kyu Son手中接过证书与奖杯，正式成为ISUBE第二届协会主席。同时，Dr.Sang Kyu Son也表达了他的期许：希望在新任协会主席的带领下，ISUBE能够继续深化对UBE技术的理解与应用，进一步促进其在全球范围内的普及，并为脊柱外科领域贡献更多创新成果与智慧结晶。
This meeting also marked the association's leadership transition. Prof. Zhang Wei, Deputy Director of the Spine Minimally Invasive Center at Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, officially assumed the position of the second-term ISUBE President. He received the certificate and trophy from Dr. Sang Kyu Son, who expressed his aspirations for ISUBE's future: to deepen the understanding and application of UBE technology, promote its global adoption, and contribute innovative advancements and intellectual achievements to the field of spine surgery.

Following this, Prof. Zhang Wei presented certificates to the association’s consultants and secretary-general representatives.

ISUBE，是由国际知名脊柱专家Sang Kyu Son. M.D和张伟教授及其他国际知名UBE专家于2018年共同发起成立的国际性学术组织。六年来，已成功举办多期面向全球范围的UBE技术培训班，影响力遍及中国、新加坡、土耳其、法国等国家和地区，成为骨科领域学习UBE技术的权威平台。
Established in 2018 by globally renowned spine specialists, including Dr. Sang Kyu Son, Prof. Zhang Wei, and other distinguished UBE experts, ISUBE is an international academic organization. Over the past six years, it has successfully organized numerous global UBE technology training courses, with its influence spanning countries and regions such as China, Singapore, Turkey, and France. It has become a recognized authority for learning UBE technology within the orthopedic community.
会议圆满结束。张伟教授表示，作为新一届ISUBE领航者，他将在继承往届工作成果的基础上，持续推动UBE发展迈上新台阶。致力于加强学术交流，激发创新思维，加速技术应用普及，进一步扩大UBE技术在全球的覆盖面与影响力。
The meeting concluded successfully, with Prof. Zhang Wei emphasizing his commitment as the new president to building on the achievements of his predecessors. He pledged to continuously advance UBE technology, enhance academic exchange, foster innovation, and accelerate the global adoption and influence of UBE techniques.
